Counseling Associates, LLC is a private practice dedicated to serving Helena, Montana and the surrounding communities. Services are provided by two clinicians:  Tracy Vaughn, LCPC/LMHC and Elaine Mele, DPT, SWLC.  We provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. We also offer telehealth services across Montana for those clients who have difficulty getting to their appointments due to a remote location or an inability to travel.

The mission of Counseling Associates, LLC is to serve others by providing the highest quality, professional mental health services through progressive, compassionate, and confidential care. Counseling Associates, LLC strives to promote wellness, provide support, and restore mental wellness for all individuals, couples, or family that walks through our doors.
